Like many homebuilders, Orleans had a very tough time during the housing crisis. But they reorganized, emerged from bankruptcy within a year, and called Cecilian Worldwide to put Orleans' broken brand back together again. With CW, we dug deep to learn customer attitudes and fears about builders, and put together a plan for Orleans to earn a buyer’s trust. What resulted is not just an ad campaign, but an entire cultural shift in a company that is singularly focused on making customers simply happy.
